4:30pm - Guests Arrive to The Barn at Riverbend, park and find your seats for the ceremony

Ceremony

Join us for the marriage of Savannah and Preston on the Hillside of our venue, this will be an outdoor ceremony.

5:30pm

Cocktail Hour

Get the party started with a few signature drinks and hors d'oeuvres while you enjoy some of Kansas City's best jazz instrumentalists, you are welcome to tip the band and the bartenders, but the bar will be taken care of.

6:30pm

Dinner

Enjoy an incredible selection from Broncato's Catering!

7:45pm

Reception

Get the party started with a few signature drinks and hors d'oeuvres while you enjoy some of Kansas City's best jazz instrumentalists, you are welcome to tip the band and the bartenders, but the bar will be taken care of.

Dress Code

Guests are invited to wear Formal evening attire

Men are requested to wear a suit.

Women are welcome to a floor-length gown, knee-length cocktail dress, a pantsuit, or dressy separates.

Guests should note, this is an outdoor ceremony and the reception will be in a covered veranda. Weather in Mid-September is typically high 70s cooling down to 60s in the evening.

The Vibe

We have a deep love for fall and the colors that come with the changing of the leaves. On the cusp of the autumn equinox, our wedding colors will welcome in the fall with Burgundy & Cream with accents of Gold and Emerald.

Ladies, on a side note. Please do not hestitate to wear the dress... yes that dress that you've been dying to wear because it's SO gorgeous - don't worry about "upstaging the bride" as long as I'm the only one in white I want everyone to look as stunning as I'm going to feel!
